I am writing to express my thanks and those of my elderly Aunt for the treatment that you gave her recently. Having come to stay for a few days from Gloucester she developed a shocking toothache on the Sunday. A visit to Princess Royal hospital did produce painkillers but did not help solve the problem, but first thing on Monday when we called your surgery you were able to see her later that morning. Claire was especially kind and caring and took x-rays to ascertain that it was an abscess and provided treatment. She then saw my Aunt again the next day when she was already feeling much better and, after further treatment, made my Aunt promise to call if she had any more problems before she got back home.

Claire is an excellent dentist.  Whenever I come in for a check-up or any treatment Claire explains what she is going to do and, if treatment is needed, she discusses the options with me and gives clear, sensitive advice.

Claire's manner is excellent, particularly during treatment itself.  She understands that patients can be nervous and, certainly in my case, by keeping me informed and being sensitive and attentive she puts me at ease.

My experience of dental treatment in the past was not always so positive so I was a nervous patient when I registered with your practice about two years ago, but I now have no concerns when I come for treatment.  Claire's treatment is always pain-free, even when giving injections!

Claire gave me root-canal treatment about two years ago and although it was long and taxing at times, I felt no pain and was put at ease by Claire's manner and approach.  My recent treatment - replacement of a filling - was also pain-free.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire to anyone.
